1st Annual Fall Festival

September 24th, 2022

Join us for our 1st Annual Fall Festival at La Torre on Saturday, September 24th from 9:00am - 1:00pm. As a private venue that hosts events and weddings throughout the year, this is one of the rare occasions that we open the property up to the public! This free, family friendly event will include activities that the entire family can enjoy and a market featuring local makers, artists, and crafters!

Vendor Application

We are looking for handmade, vintage, upcycled, brick + mortar, farmers, and other local makers to join the Fall Festival market. The market will stretch throughout the gardens and tower area of the property. Each maker will receive a 10x10 space to set up their booth. Please note that these booths will not have access to electricity. It is the responsibility of the maker to provide their booth tent and any tables, products, décor, etc.

If you are interested in being a part of the market for the 1st annual Fall Festival, please fill out the application form below. Once we receive your application we will send your $50 fee for your booth spot in the market. It is our mission to provide a market full of local, unique, and quality makers for the community to connect with and look forward to meeting you!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the festival indoors or outdoors?

The festival is held outdoors across the grounds of La Torre. We highly recommend vendors bring a tent to use in their 10x10 booth space to stay cool and shaded throughout the day. The space is open, so make sure you bring the proper equipment to secure your tent in case of wind.

Why do you need so much info from me as a vendor?

The festival and it's vendors are required to follow and comply with all codes and regulations of the State of Kansas and McPherson County. Your Tax ID is required with your application to comply with the sales tax that must be collected as required by state law. It is the responsibility of each vendor to obtain their sales tax number, be familiar with which of their items are taxable, and to collect such taxes and forward them to the State Department of Revenue. If you need to obtain your sales tax number from the State, click HERE! If you are a sole proprietor, you may obtain a Tax ID or use your SSN.

What is the timeframe for vendors the day of the festival?

The festival is from 9:00am - 1:00pm. Vendors are able to arrive at 7:30am to begin setting up their booth. We highly recommend arriving no later than 8:00am to begin set up. Vendors may begin tearing down their booth at 1:00pm at the conclusion of the festival. If you sell out of your items before 1:00pm, we recommend having information like business cards or flyers to handout.
