Learn the basics of preserving, safety precautions to take, how to can with confidence, and what to look for in a canning recipe as we walk you step-by-step through the process of canning your favorite fruits and veggies. You'll leave the workshop with our canning 101 recipe book and your own jar of Christmas jam!
